Producers are the backbone of the creative community, releasing bangers that define our culture. Over the past few decades we’ve witnessed innovators ranging from Timbaland and Dilla to WondaGurl and Arca become legends behind the boards by logging countless hours in the studio creating new sounds and ideas that would shape musical generations to come. Who are the disruptors pushing musical boundaries for the next generation? Here we’ll spotlight producers that should be on your radar and worthy of a slot on your playlist.
Now, more than ever before, incredibly talented, groundbreaking producers/artists are dropping tracks on SoundCloud and connecting with fans, artists and the wider music industry. We’ve compiled a collection of tracks highlighting the work of ascending producers who are behind the boards for hits from the likes of Rosalia, Lucki, A$AP Rocky and Earl Sweatshirt, as well as driving their own artist careers forward and making waves, and the creative community at large.
