A few years ago I recorded a tribute set to my alltime favorite artist: Jeff Mills. I never was really happy with the result and the sound quality was pretty poor too.

So I recorded a new Jef Mills set with Mills tracks I had never used before. That it self was quite a challenge, since my STR series have over 100 Mills tracks in the tracklists (I think I've used Step to Enchantment for instance - my absolute alltime favorite techno track - at least three times).

His tracks need no introduction. His sets and mixing style has greatly influenced my mixing and that of many others. I tried to keep up the good old Mills mixing pace, resulting in 63 tracks in less than two hours, something I've never accomplished before :).

Hopefully you will enjoy this mix as much as I enjoyed recording it.
