This is a project where strangers from the internet are anonymously calling in to share their past (or current) mental health struggles + leave an encouraging message for those who are currently struggling with similar battles as you have.

This serves as a reminder that we are not as alone as sometimes our brain convinces us that we are, and in fact, that we are more connected than we can imagine.

In addition, it's also a reminder that any face we see walking past us on the street could be someone who has struggled in the past or is struggling currently.

You can't always tell by looking at someone what they're battling internally. Let's remain kind to one another & spread a message of hope. People need people. Let's reconnect & love a little harder.
