Throw Ya Gunz by Onyx Mr. Sandman by Method Man Jackin’ for Beats by Ice Cube True Fuschnick by Fu-Schnickens Bang Your Head by Gravediggaz Sound of da Police by KRS-One Ect Ect …… Plus, at the end of the night I would also usually throw down all the most violent and aggressive tracks by Thirstin Howl III and his crew. Especially any tracks that sort of blurred the line between comedy and horror, like Serial Skiller Tha Streets Don’t Listen Stole Brownsville Bullet Goldcard Membership Etc etc. ‘Altered Beats’ was way WAY to weird and specific and too much of a pretentious `Audiophile’ night. There was no way it would work on a Friday or Saturday, so it was on Wednesdays mostly. Of all the compliments and praise I ever got about ‘Altered Beats’, I think my favorite was a guy signed to ‘Tigerbeat6’ who said tons of insanely hot Graphic Design girls showed up to ‘Altered Beats’, Which was true. A lot of really egotistical Toronto Post-Rave clothing designer Ho’s and Fly bitches taking Graphic Design and Fashion at Ryerson University and University of Toronto would show up to ‘Altered Beats’. There was always some serious fly ass gash up in the place at ‘Altered Beats’ PROTEUS / ALTERED BEATS / AARON BRIAN CAMPBELL
