Resultant Molecules by Prospero2013 published on 2013-09-27T08:15:11Z The Temple was the oasis where they created a new form of matter. For years they worked, punctuated by the echoing blast of photons soaring through a cloud of shining biological entities. "This almost certainly did not originate here." They said. Though few words were spoken, the strange particles clung to each other to form a new molecule. There was an air of understanding around the Temple. This understanding would bind the resultant molecules. One morning they woke up to the sound of sirens. "We will have to completely change our view of biology and evolution..." they said to each other, open mouthed. They craned their necks to see a line of biological entities neighboring an iridescent atom that had been excited. (This figure later became known as the R. blockade.) They had never seen a more aggressive display in the absence of a clear organizing mechanism. "We can only conclude that the biological entities originated from space." They said to each other. Later that night the fine volcanic glass shards approached the Temple with red lights spinning. Multiple photons passed through a cloud of biological entities. There were no exceptions. The entities pushed against and deflected each other. They looked inaccessible, intimidating. The group was confident that the biological organisms would stay on either side of the path leading inside. Instead they were dispersed for thousands of kilometers. “New books will have to be written!” they said. And they closed their eyes.
