operates without any need of active attention.
Integration comes into being only when
it flows without the need of deliberate effort.

Who is the body?
The one that uses
the procured energy to construct
the body itself.
It performs a highly complex metabolic cycle
without directed volition.
It may even violate
the unspoken ban
on newspapers and magazines.

So, what is important is not
that it produces
the highly complex catalytic process
which must remain circumscribed.

This can only be understood
in the form of a particular relationship,
like pounding a nail
into a piece of wood.
But there is always room for compromise.

You will see how
the awareness of the whole
has deposited so many results
without the least force.
This can easily develop
into an existential crisis.

Adherence to the mind is never absolute.
When the mind is constantly
causing arms and legs to move involuntarily,
then such a mind can begin to
allow the daydreams to wallow at will.
Only such a stillness of mind
has nothing to do with the immediate time and place.
This change can be quite sudden,
and painful.
