Freedom And The Process by Prospero2013

Let me start by saying that
Either The Process can exist or freedom,
both cannot exist together.
Needless to say, I've been there many times.
Round and round.
If I accept The Process as the creator,
I step away from freedom,
I take all responsibility from it.
I reduce the whole of existence
to just the whim of a strange structure
called The Process.

One day The Process and I
were lamenting the demise of freedom.
"Freedom doesn't have a sole existence," it said.
"Music has a sole existence.
Freedom crops up
Freedom is secondary."

Blink and you'll miss it.
I almost did.
"The Process and freedom aren't enemies."
It said.

It turns out that
tucked away on a quiet back street
next to the river,
behind a black door
The Process was waiting.
Strange molecules swirled in one corner
while I stood in the center of the room.

When I walked in I found The Process
behind the symbol of the cosmic view.
It seemed fitting.
We confronted the dilemma.
"Very often, we mix up the two
and mistake one for the other."
It said.

"The sum total of neural contents
ought to be the brain of universe."
It said.
Then it brought forth some of its creations,
all uniquely color-coded.

The Process is now the whole cosmos itself.
This is how it began.
