Simply to hear my own voice
I will now describe a kind of procedure
which may or may not lead
to a hidden fountain of light:
the collision process
of energetic transformation.

Collision transformation becomes widespread
when everything is pushed from below
from spaces uncharted by symbols or maps.
The path to be followed is kept secret
in view of the dangers associated with it.
There are terrible tales of eternal damnation
and recurrent horrifying ends.

The basic objective
is to allow the mind,
pure and abstract and bodyless
to fall into a decadent involvement
with the untouched darkness.
This action is summed up
in the saying: "riding the tiger."
There is no equivalent
in the universal history of ideas.

Collision transformation anticipates a situation
a change in the self,
by which I mean the subjective knot of consciousness,
a loneliness that is unaware
of a lack or a reason.
There are diverse elements present
within this floating void
but of them we know next to nothing.

Collision transformation seeks out
new forms and new paths
towards a form of awakening,
the activation of the dimension of transcendence.
Its raw materials are all around us:
the elements of ground and blood
and stone and wind,
unpredictable curves of color and sound,
the elements of word and phrase and symbol,
somewhere beyond good and evil,
the elements of dream and myth and shadows
inhabiting an untouched dimension
of immanent transcendence.

Collision transformation signals the expiration
of traditional spiritual forms.
It is a kind of impossible movement
which emerges from the depths,
a kind of music playing on a lost afternoon
assuming avant-garde positions,
attempting new syntheses.

Collision transformation has foretold
the phase of the last age
where someday these futures will be true,
all of them at once,
and I won't be dreaming.
