As the economic crisis of capitalism continues its inevitable trajectory, efforts to divide the working class are intensifying. But poor workers are not to blame for poverty.

The reactionary deportation rally held on County Road on 13 June was presented by its organisers as a ‘grassroots’ movement speaking on behalf of ordinary working people of Walton. In reality, it was another attempt to redirect working-class anger away from capitalism and towards other workers.
