Burnham ratcheting up Britain’s drive to war by Proletarian Radio

The Russians have known for decades that Britain was secretly behind many efforts to destroy their sovereignty. But its increasingly open involvement in attacks on Russian soil now give Russia the right under international law to strike back.

Burnham claims that his government will pursue ‘market-friendly socialism’, which apparently includes such socialist mainstays (!) as fiscal discipline (ie, defending the profits of finance capital) and welfare cuts (making the poorest foot the bill). His real priorities have been made clear by the commitment to spend £3 billion a year on military funding to Ukraine ‘for as long as necessary’.
