Automatic Voter Registration (AVR) is the hot topic in voting rights, and has the potential of to increase voter registration and help close the gap in voter registration rates among minority and low-income communities. A new report from Project Vote, “Automatic Voter Registration: Two NVRA-Compliant Models” explains how AVR can be implemented in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
