Once for never again I bought a sample pack this morning (Ticket ID: DES-496106) and you have not sent me the download link yet! They answered my e-mail requesting my documents to prove that the purchase was not fraud and then I sent it, it's been 5 hours and I have not received my samples yet. I BUIED THEM, I DID NOT STUCK! If it was to prove fraud that was before making the purchase, this is a lack of respect!
