Bruno Monteleone

Bruno Monteleone, aka Monte (born January 21, 2007), is a young Italian music producer and DJ with a deep passion for sound that started in early childhood. Raised in a family with a passion for music (his mother a singer and his father a classically trained conservatory pianist), Bruno grew up in an inspiring environment.
As a kid, he would drum on his grandmother’s pots and experiment with his father’s audio tools, early signs of a strong musical instinct.
At 13, he downloaded a trial version of FL Studio and, during the lockdown, he began producing music entirely on his own. His debut track, Positive Death, marked the beginning of his journey into music production.
Over the years, he explored DJing and brought to the stage exclusive remixes and live edits that can only be heard in his sets. His performances blend genres, textures, and emotions, always searching for new forms of sonic expression.
Monte’s style is rooted in a unique mix of elements: he often blends acoustic string instruments with cinematic intros inspired by film scores, building up to powerful rhythms and bouncing grooves. A signature part of his sound is the particular attention to bass design, crafted down to the smallest detail to match his personal aesthetic.
Another distinctive trait is his use of hidden sounds: few know that he often records his own voice and manipulates it with effects, layering it in the background of his tracks to add depth, variation, and a sense of mystery. The mood of his productions is often dark, though he also creates uplifting and energetic beats. Each track is an emotional blend, a mix of feelings he tries to communicate through sound.
“If you really focus while listening,” says Monte, “you realize I’m communicating without saying anything. And that’s what I love most about what I do.”
Today, he continues to explore, experiment, and create an authentic and still evolving musical vision, as it can be heard in his Chiller project series.
