Probe 7 Biography
Probe 7 started as a solo electronic music project of Brent Heinze who has been an active member of the Colorado gothic / industrial / synthpop music community. He DJ’ed as DJ Lokus for 12 years and played keyboards and bass for the scifi-necro-punk band Gehennan Scientist and has been a long-term member of the electronic-progressive-experimental band Christus & the Cosmonaughts. He grew up playing classical and jazz piano until the purchase of his first synthesizer and drum machine that changed his musical path.

In 2014, Jacob Warner joined the project as the lead vocalist with his strong vocal and production background. Probe 7 incorporates collaborations with other musicians, most recently Jacob Warner of Princess, Justin Schmig of Kill Syndicate, Chris Grano of Zahatar, Erin Beeler (DJ Robot 5000), Christian Dingess, Todd Jones, and Spencer Everroad.

Probe 7 is currently in the studio working on their first full-length album Over & Out, scheduled for release in 2015. Their first official release will be the “Go Away EP,” featuring remixes by Ricky Terry & Ben Holder (Ejector), Joe Virus (Solemn Assembly), Heather Sowards (Fluorescent Echo & Fiction 8), Scot Solida (Christus & the Cosmonaughts), Mike Smith (Fiction 8), Tim Bessler (Plasmacrash), Nathan Harmes (Sunshine for the Masses / Dr. Death & Mr. Vile), and Gustavo Montano (GSTV) with an additional original composition with Christopher Grano from Zahatar called “A Sequence of Events.”
