Working on this remix was very special and even complex. The whole process turned into a full research work in music for spy/crime thrillers of late 60's and early 70's. I watched many classic movies (one of which even gave the remix its title and the mood), listened to cinematic works by Roy Budd, Ennio Moriccone, Lalo Schifrin, Stanley Myers, Basil Kirchin, David Shire and Serge Gainsbourg. You may probably even hear elements of their works here and there.

The work has gone far from and far beyond the original tune (although you may still hear all the instruments of the Dondurma orchestra playing their parts). However, I like the result very much.
