Governor Hochul Celebrates 10 Years of Strengthening Partnership Between New York and Puerto Rico by Governor Kathy Hochul

November 6, 2025 - Puerto Rico - Governor Hochul celebrated the 10th anniversary of New York State’s Office of Trade and Tourism in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Established in 2015, the Office was created to recognize and promote the enduring connection between New York and Puerto Rico, and to strengthen their mutual economic, cultural and governmental ties.
