Governor Hochul, Mayor Adams, Port Authority Announce Plan to Transform Brooklyn Marine Terminal by Governor Kathy Hochul

May 14, 2024 — Brooklyn, NY — Governor Hochul, New York City Mayor Adams, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced an agreement in principle between the City of New York, New York State, the Port Authority, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation that will enable the city to transform the Brooklyn Marine Terminal into a modern maritime port and vibrant mixed-use community hub.
