Gordon Banks Gordon Banks Gordon lives in Scotland and is at heart a singer-songwriter but that doesn’t prevent his songs being fully produced ‘band’ numbers. Songwriting Influences include John Lennon, David Bowie, Ray Davies, Dean Friedman, Steve Harley, Glenn Tilbrook & Chris Difford and Neil Finn…quite a list!! Oh and if you didn’t know…Gordon was a Member of Parliament in Westminster between 2005 – 2015. He is also a successful businessman, has an honours degree in History and Politics and is married to Lynda with 2 grown up children Victoria and Dominic…and three dynamic grandsons. All of these influences can be found somewhere in his songs.
