Gooyz Lisbon Gooyz is a sonic storyteller whose journey began in the psychedelic waves of the 1970s. Raised on the experimental sounds of rock’s most transformative era, he developed an early sensitivity to music as a vehicle for transcendence. In the late 1990s, he joined Tribe of The Dog, an experimental performance art collective, where he discovered his passion for music production. By 2001, Gooyz began performing as a DJ, blending chill out textures with hypnotic dub influences. His emotionally rich, atmospheric sets became a familiar presence at trance festivals and alternative venues. In each performance, Gooyz invites the audience into immersive soundscapes where rhythm, memory, and imagination converge.
