In light of recent losses in our church and violence in our greater community, Pastor Alice is left to ponder where God is in all of this. She reflects on today's sermon reading where Thomas doubted Jesus being with them - and Jesus shows Thomas his wounds to prove he has risen from the dead. God's love for us is stubborn and will always be with us, even when we doubt His presence when life is at a low point.
