"Call Home" is a song about the experience of living away from home.
This song is for anyone who has ventured away into the unknown, whether abroad or within your own country, in search for something more.
It's about leaning into the uncertainty without fear even when it comes with the sacrifice of having to be far from family.

I personally have now spent nearly a decade halfway across the world from my home country, in different cities across the United States, pursuing my passions while all my family still resides in my home country, back in Portugal.

Some days I miss home, and I often ponder whether my choice has been the right one, and I hope this song helps people make peace and process it positively the same way that writing it has helped me.
