Gokhan Surer Gökhan Sürer Barcelona Gökhan Sürer Quartet is a project which intend to play modern arrangements of songs from different cultures of Anatolia as Turkish, Byzantine and Armenian with a touch of various musical styles like jazz, funk and rock. The repertoire has been developed around traditional rhythms and maqams that reflect the spirit of the region.
