Gokce Turkoglu Gökçe Türkoğlu İstanbul (Please send message for showreel.) Music Composer & Producer, Classically trained pianist currently based in Istanbul. Born in Istanbul, Gökçe Türkoğlu began her classical music education at the age of four in the music department of Terakki Schools. There, she studied piano and music theory. She continued her education with Istanbul State Opera and Ballet pianist Hale Asrak. During these years, she realized her interest and passion in music composition and started composing short pieces for piano and chamber ensembles. Continued her education by studying Electronic Music Production and Film Music with Berklee College of Music Alumni, Doruk Somunkıran in Modern Music Academy. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Composition in Istanbul Technical University Advanced Studies in Music with Prof. Dr. Kamran İnce while composing for various music ensembles and scoring independent short films.
