Une chambre pour deux fantômes by Godvliet Records

Eight intimate chansons from Lucienne Varel, sung in French: Une chambre pour deux fantômes is set in a modest Paris apartment in 1956, where a widow keeps living as though her dead lover might still come through the door. His coat, his chair and the cold half of the bed keep him present. She does not forget him. She starts making room for life again, and the last song is the one where she opens the curtains. New music lands weekly on Godvliet Records.
