Mirrors Close at Two by Godvliet Records

One Saturday night in 1979 inside the Meridian Room, Yvonne Bell gives the disco-soul grooves of Mirrors Close at Two to the women who keep the music, the bar, the coats, the floor and the money moving. The glamour holds center stage; the small decisions about care, dignity and getting home safely happen just off it. When the last mirror lights go dark, what is left is the people who made the night possible. New music comes out weekly on Godvliet Records.
