WW4-11-18 PEER Jeff Ruch On The $1 Billion Hunters Point Shipyard Test Falsifications by WorkWeek Radio

WorkWeek interviews Jeff Ruch, the executive director of Protecting Employees Who Protect Our Environment PEER about the massive $1 billion fraud and falsification of testing at Hunters Point Shipyard project.
Ruch who is also a labor lawyer discusses how he discovered the falsifications of the testing from the EPA and what this means for the public. He urges an investigation by US Attorney Sessions and California State Attorney General Xavier Becerra of the fraudulent testing. Part of the cover-up was also the terminations of whistleblowers at Tetra Tech/Test America and US Whistleblower Protection Program investigator and lawyer Darrell Whitman. Whitman was bullied and fired after he tried to do a merit determination on the case of Test America Quality Assurance Managers Michael Madry. Madry was fired after exposing the falsification of testing by the company on Hunters Point shipyard and Treasure Island.
