Deep in shadow, hidden from sight,
Moving softly through the night.
I slip through cracks in reality’s wall,
Flying alone through Chaos’ hall.

No light, no sound,
Just the echo I’ve found.

I’m flying alone through the darkness,
Guided only by the Night.
The Goddess whispers softly,
“You were never lost from sight.”
Wings of fire, carry me free,
I’m leaving behind what used to be.

Alone in the world, away from the light,
I follow her voice through the infinite night.
Deep is the well of the human soul,
But deeper still the place I must go.

Reason fades, the veil is thin,
Chaos calls, I step within.

I’m flying alone through the darkness,
Guided only by the Night.
The Goddess whispers softly,
“You were never out of sight.”
Wings of fire, carry me free,
Past all the worlds that used to be.

(Spoken, atmospheric synths rising)
Reality breaks, and reason flies,
None can follow through these skies.
I scream in silence, drift through flame,
But I am no longer the same.

Angels and demons feed on my speed,
Worlds collapsing, thought and need.
The tree of life spins endlessly
But soon, I know, I will be free.

I’m flying alone through the darkness,
Guided only by the Night.
The Goddess calls me homeward,
Through the endless fading light.
Wings of fire, carry me high,
Far from the world, into the sky.
