Voterheads is a South Carolina-based technology company that provides monitoring of local government public meetings nationwide. Recently, Voterheads announced, with help from a recent grant from the Knight Foundation Fund at Central Carolina Community Foundation, the expansion of its free newsletter service throughout Richland County in the Midlands of South Carolina. Covering public meetings in the entire Columbia metro area, this initiative helps ensure residents have access to what is being voted on and discussed at local public meetings, such as councils, and planning commissions.
