Here's a recording of The Aughrim Slopes Ceilidhe Band with a selection of reels recorded in 1954. A number of members moved in and out of the band over the years, but founding member and accordion player Joe Mills was with the group until he emigrated to the US in 1958. George Shanley is the credited drummer in the UK & Irish Issued 78s of Irish Traditional Dance Music discography.
