VICTOR HUGO FUMAGALLI Victor Hugo Fumagalli ARZO (CH) Victor Hugo Fumagalli is an award-winning composer and sound designer from Switzerland based in London. Since 2012 Victor has created original scores for over 40 shortfilms (fictions, animations & documentaries), commercials and feature films. In 2016 he graduated from the National Film & Television School (NFTS), MA in Composing Music for Film and TV. Three of Victor's graduation films have gained prestigious recognition. 'A Love Story' (directed by Anushka Nannaykara) won the BAFTA for best animated short film in 2016, the fiction drama 'Ferris and the Fancy Pigeon' (directed by James Gardner) picked up 'Best Drama' at the RTS Student Awards and the widely travelled 'Perched' (directed by Liam Harris) made the semi finals of the 2017 student academy awards as well winning over 30 other awards including Best Original Score on multiple occasions. His latest projects include the Channel 4 Random acts animation 'The Book of Blood' (directed by Liam Harris), the swiss documentary feature 'Non ho l'eta' (directed by Olmo Cerri) and 'Jellyfish', the debut feature from director James Gardner, that will have it's world premiere at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York next month (2018).
