Faran Savitz, Zero Waste Advocate, Penn Environment, had some suggestions for alternatives and Newtown Supervisor mentioned that there are exemptions available if all else fails. Mr. Haines said he would consult with a friend who owns a chocolate shop in New Jersey, which has a state-wide ban in place.
