2020: A Few Questions by Mills College Documentary Theatre published on 2020-06-28T00:43:23Z The goal of this documentary theatre project was to create a performance piece around the topics of patriotism, comfort, and voting, based entirely on the interviews conducted by class participants throughout the fall of 2019. The script was not “written” in the traditional sense, but was instead compiled from the interviews and performed by the cast—many of whom portrayed those they interviewed. Originally, “2020: A Few Questions” was designed to be presented as a live theatre piece at Mills College; because of the shelter-in-place order and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the format was swapped to that of a radio play.
