Obama and Democrats Share the Blame For Trump's Supreme Court by Black Agenda Radio Commentaries

Back in 2005 and 2006 when Bush nominated Roberts and Scalia to the Supreme Court John Kerry was ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee and Barack Obama was leading light. Neither significantly opposed them, though they were urged to block and filibuster by Democratic voters and constituent organizations. Neither made the Federalist Society's stranglehold on Republican judgeships an issue either. So this is their mess too.
