In 2020, a grant was obtained from the New South Wales Government to develop and record a limited radio serial with six ten-minute long instalments. After many setbacks (mainly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and also the apathy of many in the radio industry), NEMISIS: The Jaded Millennium finally aired on Artsound 92.7 FM in Canberra over two weekends in April 2023. Owing to the rushed nature of the script and some other imperfections, it was decided in late 2024 to label this serial as a proof-of-concept, or pilot season. The Jaded Millennium storyline will be rewritten over the course of 2025 to better flesh out the characters and plot, and to better make use of nuances in storytelling previously unknown to the writer. Regardless, we hope you enjoy this piece of history, for this was truly how the likes of Drake Overton & Gwen Cundari-Hunt exploded onto the world stage. Please enjoy!
