A: “We got to know John Fagan through a referral of a neighbor that thought quite a bit about his services and found him to be a very upfront, honest, and very hardworking person. We had talked to two other Realtors prior to listing our home with John. John brought to the table a lot of skill; he really worked for us as a seller. We felt always that our best interests were at the front of his mind. And there were home sales that didn’t work out, for one reason or the other, and he stuck with it and worked hard. I could call him at any time of the day, it seems like he was a 24/7 Realtor! So at the end of it all, what we found is that he put a huge amount of effort--and invested a lot of his own time and money--to put our house on the market in such a way that we not only got the ‘house of the week’ in our local newspaper, but our open houses were very well attended. I think John and his group that he works with at his office has done an outstanding job. In fact, we’ve recommended them several times since our home sale. So for us, John was a kingpin in making it happen and he certainly brought to the table a lot of professionalism. He cared very much about our family.
