I almost lost this… the drama of the beginning was great but then too long ;perhaps) and then that great choppy, doomy guitar sound transformed it , then I was waiting for what I wanted : a vocal -the Laing seemed to be demanding it-m but you made us wait- and then there it was.! What a tease! Then the near silence apart from the rippling guitar , the voice and the bird song, then the thunder! And then the thunderous guitars and drums and the wild but controlled vocal! Such a lot for my money! Powerful repeated big chords and thunder and static hjangky guitar at the end as the thunder comes. You’re risking a lot to keep your listener tuned in! Well worth the ride though!
