The Symphony plays host to the world-renowned Menuhin Violin Competition starting May 14 -- a prestigeous honor that comes at a time of transition for Central Virginia's largest performing arts organization. We talk to Peleggi about how the Richmond Symphony has been able to keep the music going during quarantine, the future of the orchestra under all-female leadership, and the impossibility of rehearsing a symphony orchestra on ZOOM, among many other topics.
