Dual Diagnosis MAD Mike Dual Diagnosis is a Hardcore Hip-Hop underground duo from New Jersey. The duo (MAD Mike and Paulie Walnutz) have been making music since the mid 2000's. As brothers growing up in the 90's, they were influenced by the rap and rock invasion of their generation, which became the driving force in establishing a presence in the underground music world. Their horror-core music is dedicated to the still sick and suffering, and to those who are no longer with us. Descriptive lyricism on the themes of loss, grief, pain and trauma, are intensified through healing messages about the struggles of self.
