Criminal Misconduct of Delhi's Transport Commissioner by trueimages

Ms. Varsha Joshi, Transport Commissioner, GNCTD, physically assaulted a citizen in active collusion of Mr. K K Dahiya, Special Commissioner of Transport, GNCTD, and other unknown persons, in gross violation of section 3(2A) of The All India Service (Conduct) Rules, 1968, in her office on 3.11.2017, when accountability was sought in larger public interest on non-enforcement of the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in W.P.(c) 13089 of 1985 titled MC Mehta V/s UOI in respect to fuel, passenger safety, and fares, Hon'ble Delhi High Court dated 11.8.2016 in W.P.(c) 6000 of 2015 titled Association of Radio Taxis v/s UOI in respect to fares, and her own Transport department's order dated 8.12.2014 which was issued after a woman was raped in an Uber cab.
