If he goes back to being "Detroit" Jack, then you are not allowing him to continue artistic development. Third Man Records exists because Jack is able to think outside the box. Tis the beauty of music...a true artist can summon up variable results. Look at the Beach Boys, the Beatles, Elvis Presley, Miles Davis, even Bob Dylan...all of them went way beyond their "trademarks" and expanded...built entirely new audiences.
