Terra Null Recordings proudly presents its fifteenth release, “Woyo EP”, from UK producer Alessio Vigneri, aka Noh Vae. An unknown in the dnb and electronic scenes, Noh Vae is sure to make a name for himself very quickly as his debut release presents an immensely impressive body of work, across the entire breadth of four unique and inspiring tracks. Lush pads and warm sub bass permeate throughout, only to be met head on by some of the finest drum work the label has released to date. In impressive fashion, Noh Vae refuses to fall back on drum patterns traditionally incorporated in 170-bpm music. Instead, in keeping with the spirit of experimentalism that Terra Null chases ever onwards, each track on “Woyo EP” presents breakthroughs in drum mechanics that are as unique as they are compelling. It is a consistency in quality that is so rare in music and art, as each track on the EP successfully stands on its own, with no weak links to carry.
