4/2/22 Zoom Class: Class 3: Feet to Full Body Movement, Including Upper Body Spiral Patterns by Susan Koenig published on 2022-04-05T20:09:53Z In this class series we continue to explore the movements of the feet and how they relate to full body movement. In addition we practiced an important upper body spiral pattern and it's anatomy. This pattern starts with neck rotation, continues through the opposite rhomboids, to the anterior serratus, to the external oblique, to the internal oblique on the opposite side, to the hip (ASIS). We combined the spiral upper body pattern with variations in lower body spiral patterns (all the way through the feet). We worked in standing, supine, and side-lying. We ended the class with standing, a contralateral dance pattern, and walking. Genre Learning
