Won't Stop Till We Get Home by Steve Stewart-Williams

Not since time immemorial has music of such scope and power been written and performed by a solo artist with such curly hair. Not so much a singer-songwriter as a guy who writes music and lyrics, and then sings the lyrics over the music, Steve Stewart-Williams is one of those rarest breeds of artist: a 6'6", curly-haired artist called Steve from Wellington, New Zealand. In an amazing and unprecedented burst of creativity, Steve wrote approximately one song every six months for nearly a full year. But then, in one of the most tragic events in rock music history, he decided he couldn't be bothered writing music anymore, cut his gorgeous locks, and quite literally disappeared without a trace (so to speak). His legacy will live on forever (or at least until next Tuesday).
