Most of the buildings in Belio, the parts that are more loudly inhabited, are clean, white stucco, and clearly not designed for cold. This building is mammoth. Its giant pillars and walls look carved out of a hillside, and its doors are thick wood."

Ah, the mysterious Stately Quarter. Another side-path added for the visual novel, this is mostly a tie-in to later stories. This track is a "palette shift" of Seaside Tango, and a bit of a pun... I wonder if they sell dumplings up there.
