This vast sound toolkit collection is inspired by the need for a modern all-around solution for sounding detailed real world open/close object interactions.

So often, as a sound designer, we will spend too much time cobbling together a bunch of unrelated sounds and manipulating them to fulfill the sounding of the simplest of interactions. This toolkit has been built over the years to simplify that process. By choosing a variety of objects and material types that click open and close, slide, bang, latch, shut and scrape, we have come up with a collection that will save time.

Each file has been meticulously recorded, edited, individually mastered, and embedded with descriptive metadata to fulfill the quality needs of any project.

Tech specs:

411 files with embedded metadata, all at 48khz 16 bits, 190 Mb. Also included are embedded mp3 320 kbps audio files, 59 Mb.

Recorded with the Sony PCM M10, Zoom H4N, Marantz PDM50 with Audio-Technica AT8035 and Audio-Technica AT825.
