Lawyer and constitutional expert Jeffrey Meyers discusses the threat by Ontario Premier Doug Ford to invoke the not withstanding clause. As well he touches on the politics of NAFTA. Meyers went to school in New York where he passed the BAR. After practicing in the States for a number of years he has since returned to Canada where he teaches at Thompson Rivers University.
