The Noble Retreat by Sally Simpson

Casual kitchen session! Here I'm playing around with a tune I wrote for a failed hiking trip in Jämtland, Sweden, with a good friend Callum Noble. Despite being pretty well prepared for a 5 day trip in late June, we were forced to retreat in the middle of day one due to thick thick thick soggy snow and fog! We'll be back... Apologies for the sketchy sound quality and tuning, it's very much a live take (on an iphone...).

We did, and enjoyed a couple of nights staying in their playhouse (!) before heading off to walk the Höga Kusten's Leden instead.
