Kristy la rAt dj Kristy la rAt DC / Maracuyeah / AoB ❤ DJ, Cultural Worker ❤ Collectives : Anthology of Booty // Maracuyeah DC Washington, DC ✨🛸 to the power of coming undone together 🛸✨ ▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼▼ Kristy has DJed & co-organized purposeful dance spaces in DC with her two collectives Anthology of Booty and Maracuyeah DC since 2008, after co-founding and learning with the Tigrilla crew in another place she calls home- Lima, Peru. Previously Kristy co-led the Radio CPR community station in DC for five years, and during 2020-2021 she and her neighbors, mostly elders, co-organized street parties as a form of mutual aid, community care, and resistance through joy.
