5ZYL Bio

Zygimantas Dzikevicius aka 5ZYL hails from the vibrant urban district of Pasilaiciai in Vilnius, Lithuania. Since embarking on his musical journey in 2007, Zygimantas has been deeply influenced by the raw energy of old-school rave, breakbeat, and techno. His early work focused on crafting dubstep and jungle tracks, earning him spots as a dj at various underground parties and open-air events, including the renowned broken rhythm sound festival, Satta. In late 2019, he adopted the alias 5ZYL, a name that quickly garnered attention from influential figures such as Jensen Interceptor and local talent scouts from PPP and PZ Records, leading to a series of acclaimed EP releases.
