Two Strangers by PSYKICK GIRL

“Two Strangers” is an introspective song exploring a softer, more mysterious
sound from NLC. A delicately crafted immersion of gentle synths, sparkling piano and haunting guitar, the vibe harkens back to The Cure and Cocteau Twins, and a sense of longing, the feeling that fulfillment is just a whisper out of reach. Inspired by the tv show “Severance”, the lyrics examine the concept of a split consciousness, a secret “second self”, or “doppleganger” potentially living within each of us.
